Nokia is known for its advanced gadget releases in the market. It has released many new mobiles and mobile accessories in the recent past and there is no doubt that Nokia always takes a step ahead of others in the communication field. Nokia is planning to launch the net-book computer in the fourth quarter of FY2009.
This net-book plan from Nokia is due to its customers request to launch an ultra portable computer with all personal computer features. Nokia has named its first portable computer as Booklet 3G net-book. Nokia is the leader in the mobile phone manufacturing market. This is mainly due to its reliability and features that Nokia provides in all the mobile phones. It is expected that the new net-book computer may have 12 hour battery backup.
Nokia's net-book computer will have all the features like WI-FI, Bluetooth, A-GPS and much more. Weight of this new net-book computer has been fixed as 1.25KGs and it may have thickness around 2CM. There will be a 10CM HD screen with an in-built HDMI board. This Booklet 3G net-books will have Atom z530 processor with 1.6GHZ speed in it and an important point to be noted here is that there will be no fan for the processor.
Nokia's net-book may not have windows operating system in it but it is not confirmed till now. Intel and Nokia signed an agreement last June, which states that Intel will supply a Linux based Operating system for Nokia's net book. So it is expected that Nokia may deliver a Mobilink operating system for its net-book.
